Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice and clean, providing comfort during my stay, but some areas felt old and dirty, which was a downside. The service provided by the staff, especially Joseph Zuena Executive General Manager, and others, was extremely helpful, making me feel like a family member. The location was convenient for exploring different areas, but there were occasional disturbances from large utility vehicles. The dining experience was weak, with heavy, greasy, and tasteless meals. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel is a cozy spot with well-decorated rooms that provide a nice and comfy stay. However, the rooms are a bit outdated. The service is friendly and accommodating but might be slow at times. The location is great, especially for airport access and enjoying the stunning mountain views. Dining options are limited due to a change in ownership. Overall, a decent value for a stay but may lack certain dining choices.
My stay at the hotel was just perfect! The room was pristine, homey, and exceptionally comfortable, making it a great base for my Aspen adventures. The location was fantastic with easy access to the Aspen center, making it a breeze to explore the area. Service was top-notch; from the front desk staff to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The only downside was the dining options, as I had to either drive or take the shuttle to town to eat.
For our anniversary getaway, we enjoyed a modern and renovated hotel with balconies. The rooms were very clean, but the dining options were limited. The service, especially Laurie at the front desk, was amazing. The location was fantastic, right at the base of Buttermilk, offering convenience during our summer stay. Although we had to drive to town to eat, the overall experience was great.
